Fraport Ground Services is certified as compliant with both ISAGO standards and the latest new guidelines of the ISAGO ground operations manual for the following activities:
Certified by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH for the quality management system, which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Fraport AG’s environmental management system is certified as complying with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 and the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS).
In accordance with the currently valid versions of Article 8a, Paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) 216/2008 of the European Parliament and the Council and Regulation 139/2014 of the European Commission, the Hessian Ministry of the Economy, Energy, Transportation, and State Development as the relevant authority has certified that the Frankfurt am Main aerodrome is operated by Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide in 60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany in compliance with the provisions of the currently valid versions of Regulation (EU) 216/2008, the respective EU Implementation Regulations, the aerodrome certification basis, the approval conditions attached to this certification, and the aerodrome manual.
This aerodrome certification will remain in effect without any time limitations unless it is returned or revoked.

Our potable water solution supplies the aviation industry with high-quality drinking water. In compliance with the German drinking water ordinance, every month samples are taken from all vehicles used to carry drinking water and all drinking water taps. Fraport has contracted an independent institute – SGS Institut Fresenius GmbH – to take the samples and carry out microbiological tests of them.
